TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

Terms of Payment:

To customers having established credit our terms are net cash thirty (30) days from invoice date with a cash discount allowed on invoices paid within 10 days of date of invoice. Customers without established credit will avoid delay by furnishing satisfactory credit references or payment in advance.

Warranty:

Conveyors, Inc. shall not be liable for damages or delays caused by defective material or workmanship, and it is agreed that the liability of Conveyors, Inc. under all guarantees, either expressed or implied, is specifically limited to the replacement free of charge F.O.B. its factory of parts failing through defective workmanship or materials within 12 months after delivery thereof to the original purchaser and in the matter aforesaid. No allowances for repairs will be considered unless Conveyors, Inc. has given advance authorization of such repairs or alterations in writing.

Promise of Delivery:

Represents only the estimate of time necessary to complete the work and failure to complete within the time estimated will not warrant cancellation nor any delay charges.

Cancellation:

All orders are considered firm contracts and are not subject to cancellation except on terms that will indemnify Conveyors, Inc. against loss.

Returned Goods:

No material shall be returned to Conveyors, Inc. for credit without advance authorization.

Contracts:

All shipments are F.O.B. factory unless otherwise agreed upon. Claims for shortages or damage to shipments while in transit should be made against the carrier.

Special Taxes:

Any duty, impost, Federal, State or City taxes if and when assessed is to be paid by the purchaser.

Minimum Charge:

Minimum charge of $40.00 net per invoice shall apply.
